What data we process
The details you give us in the form: name, phone number, town and, if you wish, email, type of installation, charger you are interested in and any comment you write.
Purposes and legal basis
To handle your enquiry, assess your case and prepare a proposal for you. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if a contract is entered into, its performance (art. 6.1.b).
Recipients and processors
We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties. The providers we need to deliver the service do access it on our behalf and under contract, as processors: the hosting and database of our platform (Cloudflare, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), e-mail (Microsoft 365, in the European Union), telephone assistance with a virtual assistant (fonio GmbH, Austria, hosted in Germany, with voice, transcription and artificial-intelligence providers in the United States covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses), the partner finance company if you apply for financing, the installation company that carries out your installation, and the marketing agencies that manage our campaigns. We may disclose your data to public authorities where the law requires it, for example to register the installation or to process a grant you have asked us to handle.
Advertising on social media
If you are a customer or have asked us for a quote in the last 12 months, we may use your e-mail address or phone number, in hashed form, to show you Solventium ads on Facebook and Instagram and so that Meta can help us find people with interests similar to yours. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives that hashed data under its Custom Audience Terms, uses it only to match it against its users and undertakes not to use it for its own purposes. This is separate from the Meta pixel we use on the website, for which Meta is a joint controller, as explained in our cookie policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our services to people who have already shown interest (Recital 47 GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to contacto@solventium.es and we will stop using your data for advertising within 72 hours; we also stop automatically 12 months after your last contact if you do not become a customer.
Phone calls
When you call us or we call you, you may be assisted by Olivia, our AI-based virtual assistant; we will always tell you so at the start of the call. The conversation is recorded and transcribed to handle your request, log it in your file and improve the service. Under our provider's terms, the recording is deleted after 30 days; the transcript is kept in your file for as long as the rest of your data. To provide this service, the audio and text of the call are processed by providers located in the United States (voice infrastructure, transcription, speech synthesis and language model) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our pre-contractual or contractual relationship with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you would rather not talk to the virtual assistant, just say so and a person will assist you.
Retention
For as long as we are handling your enquiry and, at most, 12 months from the last contact if no contractual relationship is entered into, or for the applicable statutory periods if one is.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@solventium.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Do you have to give us your data?
No, it is voluntary. That said, the fields marked as required on the form (name, phone and town) are the minimum we need to look at your case and call you back: without them we cannot prepare a proposal. You can leave the rest blank. This is the information required by article 13.2.e of the GDPR.
If you apply to work with us
On the «Únete» pages we process your name, phone number, email, working area, experience and whatever you tell us, plus your CV if you attach one, for a single purpose: to consider your application and get in touch with you. The legal basis is your consent and the steps prior to a possible contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. It is kept for one year from the last contact if you do not join us, and you can access, rectify, erase or object by writing to administracion@solventium.es, or complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with your data. Every request is reviewed by a member of the technical team. We make no international transfers other than those set out in the recipients and telephone calls sections. Article 13.2.f of the GDPR.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
