What data we process

The details you give us in the form: name, phone number, town and, if you wish, email, type of installation, charger you are interested in and any comment you write.

Purposes and legal basis

To handle your enquiry, assess your case and prepare a proposal for you. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if a contract is entered into, its performance (art. 6.1.b).

Recipients

We do not pass on your data unless legally obliged to. Our technology providers may access it as data processors, under contract. The site is hosted with Cloudflare, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

For as long as we are handling your enquiry and, at most, 12 months from the last contact if no contractual relationship is entered into, or for the applicable statutory periods if one is.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
