The only unit in the range that charges two cars at once from a single device, which is the answer when there are two vehicles and one parking space. It is also the only one with a ten-year manufacturer's warranty, where three years is the norm. It is activated with a physical key: no app, no user account and no dependence on a phone.

How much does it cost to install a Policharger NW?

From 1,549 euros with the full installation included: the unit, the materials, the protective devices, the labour, the commissioning and the certification and registration. The final price depends on the distance to the consumer unit and on any work required.

Will the Policharger NW work with my car?

Yes. It uses a Type 2 connector, the European standard, so it charges any electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle on sale in Spain today, whatever the make.

What cable does the Policharger NW come with?

A 5-metre Type 2 cable as standard. A longer version is available if the space is far from the mounting point.

Does it work without an app or a user account?

Yes, and that is its charm. It is activated with a physical key and configured once at installation. It does not depend on Wi-Fi, a server or an app that may lose support.

What is the double version?

A single unit with two cables that charges two cars at once, sharing the power. It is the answer when there are two vehicles and one parking space or one connection point.

Does it charge from solar panels?

Yes, as an option: with the matching meter it can charge on the surplus from your solar panels.

Can it be set to charge only at night?

Yes. It is set up at installation to charge in your tariff's off-peak hours, and the key decides when it is enabled.

Is it suitable outdoors?

Yes. The ABS housing is made for outdoors; we fit it in gardens, porches and open parking spaces with sealed conduit.

Will I have to raise my contracted power?

Usually not. With dynamic load balancing the charger adapts to whatever power is free in the home at any moment.

When do I pay and what warranty does it have?

You pay when the charger is installed and working, with nothing up front. Ten-year warranty on the installation, included as standard and in writing: cable run and conduit, connections, mounting and labour, from the commissioning date. The charger and the protective devices carry their manufacturer's warranty; the charger's, from Policharger, runs 10 years, plus the three-year legal guarantee.

All of this is always included.

The only thing that changes from one quote to another is the charger. The installation is always the same and always complete: if a wall needs chasing, we chase it, and the price does not move.

  1. Survey and sizing

    A technician works out the available power and the cable route before anything is touched.

  2. Labour and materials

    Our own accredited installers. No surprise subcontractors.

  3. Cabling and containment

    The full route from the consumer unit or meter room to your parking space.

  4. Building work

    Any chasing, wall penetrations and sealing required, included in the fixed price.

  5. IRVE protection board

    Dedicated Toscano protective devices for charging infrastructure.

  6. Certification and registration with the regional industry authority

    Electrical installation certificate and registration. You don't file a single form.

  7. CAE application handled

    We handle your Energy Savings Certificate if you have scrapped or sold a combustion car that had been yours for more than a year: €600 from the scheme administrator, at no cost to you.

  8. Ten-year warranty on the installation

    Included as standard and in writing: cable run and conduit, connections, mounting and labour, from the commissioning date. The charger and the protective devices come with their manufacturer's warranty and the three-year legal guarantee.

A properly done installation should never worry you again. That is why every installation comes with a ten-year guarantee on the installation, as standard and with no small print. It is not a brochure line: it is in your contract, with the name and tax ID of who signs it.

  • Connections, fixings and assembly

    Every terminal, every anchor and the board that protects your home, checked point by point before it goes live.

  • Labour and call-outs

    If anything of ours fails, we come, we fix it and we do not even charge the visit. It is our work and we sign it.

The charger and the protective devices carry their manufacturer's warranty plus the three-year statutory guarantee. When you do things properly, signing them for ten years is nothing to fear.
