This is the usual case in central Madrid. You only have to notify the residents' association, not ask its permission, and we draft the letter for you.

Nineteen-seventies car parks
Common in the south and in Alcalá. They need a careful site survey of the route, which is why we look before quoting.
Certification and registration with the regional authority
Electrical installation certificate and registration with the regional industry authority, included in the price. You don't file a single form.
Fixed price
All of this is always included.

Electrical installation certificate and registration. You don't file a single form.
CAE application handled
We handle the Energy Saving Certificate, worth up to €600 if you scrap a petrol or diesel car.
3-year warranty
