Communal car park

This is the usual case in central Madrid. You only have to notify the residents' association, not ask its permission, and we draft the letter for you.

Detached homes in the sierra and the north-west

Las Rozas, Majadahonda, Pozuelo, Boadilla, Villaviciosa, Torrelodones or Galapagar: your own consumer unit and, almost always, a single morning's work.

Nineteen-seventies car parks

Common in the south and in Alcalá. They need a careful site survey of the route, which is why we look before quoting.

Certification and registration with the regional authority

Electrical installation certificate and registration with the regional industry authority, included in the price. You don't file a single form.

All of this is always included.

The only thing that changes from one quote to another is the charger. The installation is always the same and always complete: if a wall needs chasing, we chase it, and the price does not move.

  1. Survey and sizing

    A technician works out the available power and the cable route before anything is touched.

  2. Labour and materials

    Our own accredited installers. No surprise subcontractors.

  3. Cabling and containment

    The full route from the consumer unit or meter room to your parking space.

  4. Building work

    Any chasing, wall penetrations and sealing required, included in the fixed price.

  5. IRVE protection board

    Dedicated Toscano protective devices for charging infrastructure.

  6. Certification and registration with the regional industry authority

    Electrical installation certificate and registration. You don't file a single form.

  7. CAE application handled

    We handle your Energy Savings Certificate if you have scrapped or sold a combustion car that had been yours for more than a year: €600 from the scheme administrator, at no cost to you.

  8. Ten-year warranty on the installation

    Included as standard and in writing: cable run and conduit, connections, mounting and labour, from the commissioning date. The charger and the protective devices come with their manufacturer's warranty and the three-year legal guarantee.

A properly done installation should never worry you again. That is why every installation comes with a ten-year guarantee on the installation, as standard and with no small print. It is not a brochure line: it is in your contract, with the name and tax ID of who signs it.

  • Cable run and conduit

    The cable and conduit from your meter to your parking space, sized for what you charge today and what you will charge in five years.

  • Connections, fixings and assembly

    Every terminal, every anchor and the board that protects your home, checked point by point before it goes live.

  • Labour and call-outs

    If anything of ours fails, we come, we fix it and we do not even charge the visit. It is our work and we sign it.

The charger and the protective devices carry their manufacturer's warranty plus the three-year statutory guarantee. When you do things properly, signing them for ten years is nothing to fear.

Which towns in Madrid do you cover?

Right across the Comunidad de Madrid. We work every day in central Madrid, Las Rozas, Pozuelo, Majadahonda, Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Boadilla, Villaviciosa de Odón, Getafe, Leganés, Alcorcón, Móstoles, Fuenlabrada, Alcalá de Henares, Torrejón, Rivas and Tres Cantos, among others. How soon can you come out to my home in Madrid?

We have our own team across the region, based in Las Rozas. From the moment you sign, your charging point is up and running in under two weeks, and an installation in a detached house is usually finished in a single morning.

Are there specific grants in the Comunidad de Madrid?

The schemes running today are national: the 15% personal income tax deduction, on a maximum base of 4,000 euros, for installations completed before 31 December 2026, and the Energy Savings Certificate (CAE), 600 euros, if you have scrapped or sold a combustion car that had been yours for more than a year. We handle both. If a regional scheme opens, we will handle that too, at no cost.

My parking space is in a communal car park in Madrid. Do I need permission?

No. The Horizontal Property Act only requires you to notify the residents' association of the installation, not to ask for its approval. We draft the notice to the managing agent ourselves and keep it on record. It is the most common situation we come across in Madrid.

Who certifies and registers the installation in Madrid?

We do, and it is included in the price: electrical installation certificate and registration with the Directorate-General for Industry of the Comunidad de Madrid. You do not file a single piece of paperwork.
