What grants are there for installing a charging point?
15% income-tax deduction: if you are an individual and the charger is installed in a parking space or garage you own (or in the communal garage of a building you own), you can deduct 15% of what you pay for the installation on your income tax return, up to a €4,000 base (maximum deduction €600). Requirements: payment by bank transfer or card and private use, with payment made and installation completed by 31 December 2026 at the latest. It does not apply if the space is rented or held in usufruct, nor to companies or owners' associations, which have other incentives. Check with your adviser. Also, the Energy Saving Certificate, 600 euros, if you have scrapped or sold a combustion car that had been yours for more than a year.
